Mental Health Therapy
You are unique. Our work together will be as well. I integrate body-based approaches with traditional talk therapy. Modalities that target the brain-body connection help process and heal trauma trapped in the body without being overwhelmed. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provides coping skills and a framework to understand and change behaviors. Healing is a relational process. Together, we'll work to regulate your nervous system and provide a toolkit to do it on your own, at your own pace.

DBT Skills Groups
Skill-based training in a weekly group setting focusing on emotional regulation, improving relationships, coping skills, and mindfulness.

In network with most BlueCross BlueShield and Aetna plans. Our administrative team can support you through the complex billing process and provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits.
